i baked cookies and they’re not for you

that’s right, people.. after several opportunities missed, i finally baked something and took pictures! this is Chocolate Crackles; a very chocolatey, chewy and crackly cookies recipe. the recipe was extracted fresh from Martha Stewart’s Cookies book that I got with a discount from Borders just a few weeks ago.

this recipe, i found was not very complicated, but the wait time is 2 hours, so meanwhile i also baked some Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies which turned out DELICIOUS.. i got this recipe off the internet because last i tried Martha Stewart’s Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies, i pretty much had to stuff them down the throats of anyone who were unfortunate enough to walk close by.

either way, i couldn’t get good enough pictures last night while baking, and now i’m too lazy to go back and take some.. so just imagine the typical looking chocolate chip cookies with flavour that would explode your tastebuds and texture to die for! oh and i lost the link to the recipe, what i wrote down is just random notes, if you want it, ask!

so why baking in such crucial time in the semester?

i’m planning on doing a bake sale some time soon. the thing is, i donated a small amount of money to AIDS LifeCycle group, sponsoring a favourite teacher of mine to bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles within 7 days. it’s for good cause, and it’s just a fun fund-raising which i haven’t done since before Prom 2007, so there.
